How come when i give my registeel a power weight and i fight a bunch of woopers(1hp ev) i only get 3 hp? I fight at least 20 woopers per level.

the results can be seen at level 100
i killed like 40 machokes with pokerus and power bracer and only only gained +2 attack when i leveled from 78 to 79
but now my level 100 dragonite has 399 attack o.o
