I'd choose Soul Silver, although it would be a hard decision...
WOOT! I can't wait! It would be awesome to have a Pokemon following you around always (like in yellow with pikachu). Although one source I found said it will be released 2009 in Japan and 2010 here in Australia and the U.S. and so on. Anyway, Socceryle, it can't be DSi only, because: 1. There's no such thing as DSi only games, and 2. How would you be able to migrate Pokemon into a DSi?

Its comming to the Uk early 2010 around January/to early feburary it says.

so that means around novemeber for americans and even earlier for those cheecky japanese (i dont know, but it was expected since they already had the game, they just needed to tweek it.)

no . the second bit i made up, my younger brother gets this nintendo magazine , and it had that pokemon game, and it said very early 2010, so i thought doing maths in my head, seeing how long platinum took to go around the world, i thought november, then ilooked it up when mercury said diffrent and i found a cool video......blam the nintendo magazine not my maths (i got a A)

I did enjoy the 2nd generation games though, especially going back to Kanto in the games.

^^^ Yea hopefully Kanto won't be as much of a dump as it was in the original 2nd gens. I haven't been keeping up with the updates so if anyone knows if Kanto isn't a dump anymore, that'd be cool to share =].

i'd like it if the gym leaders weren't so easy to beat in Kanto. Also it would be better if we started in Pallet Town and worked our way around the gym like in the first gen. And Mt Moon is the real puzzle rather than really simple.

Yeah...Mt Moon is really weird in the 2nd Gen games...I remember the dancing Clefairy...and my screwy rival showing up wearing different clothes and with a completely changed attitude...but still with his cool theme tune. Why don't we have theme tunes!?

And yeah, starting in Vermilion was really weird. I'm glad that the Magnet Train still exists, though! I loved the Magnet Train...I dunno why...
