Inside each of the packaging for pokemon platinum there is a paper slip that has a secret code of a rotom form.It also sez if you get the other 4 codes of the other rotom forms you get a special gift. i have reason to believe that special something is an item called the secret key which let's you unlock the door in eterna city to change rotom's forms!So if you have platinum and still have that slip look for the code at the bottom and post it here.Me and my cousin have platinum so i have 2 codes.:

Once we have all the codes anyone here can input the codes at http://www.pokemonplatinum.com/#/rotom/ and unlock the Secret key,

look all you have to do is go to mystery gift click download gift from wifi than go to eterna city it the galactic building. use the secret key over by the wall a door appears walk in it. you see the mower fridge oven etc. you can you all 5 applinances just get 5 rotoms. i know cause i have all the forms. you can get it from friends or clone it 5 times
