Well first of all before you do post those, your team seems to be a mono-water type. A few standout flaws i saw straight away is that you have nothing to withstand electric attacks.
There are a few water Pokemon immune to electric attacks. Namely Swampert, Quagsire, Gastrodon and Lanturn (with Volt Absorb ability). However three of these are 4x weak to grass and Lanturn is easily beaten down with the most common move used competitively (Earthquake).
Therefore Ludicolo is worth mentioning, it takes neutral damage to electric and grass attacks.

Whether you use any of these are up to you, and like Xemnas says, if you provide us with said information, our rates will be much for helpful =].

Here use this:
EV Guide

And when you know what EVs are and how they work, this list is useful.

With the movesets, you really don't want to use moves like Cut, Defog or Rock Climb.
Empoleon works well with this moveset: Surf, Grass Knot, Stealth Rock and Ice Beam.
If you need TMs, I have plenty.

Looking at your movesets, I don't think you know the physical/special move split.
For example, Gyarados is a PHYSICAL sweeper (his attack is much higher than his special attack), therefore, you want physical moves on him like waterfall, earthquake, stone edge etc. so take of thunderbolt and twister and add earthquake and possibly Dragon Dance.

Same goes for azumaril. Also it's not smart to have 3 water attacks on the same pokemon, because in online battles its rare that you will even use 10 PP for a move, so like before, use waterfall because Azumarill is a physical sweeper. Other moves can be Brick Break, Double-Edge/Return and maybe Aqua Jet. Also make sure azumaril has the "Huge Power" ability.

Hope this helped you a bit in understanding physical/special movesplit. If you are unsure about whether a move is special or physical, go into the summary of a Pokemon and go to the moves, there should be a little picture somewhere in the description. If the picture is red and orange, its physical. If its blueish with white circles, its special.

There's a move deleter in Canalave.
"The third building up on the right side, including the PokeMart, has the Move
Deleter in it, a person who can remove any move your Pokemon has learned which
includes HM moves, so it is useful if you want to get rid of a move like Defog
or something. "

I don't recommend using Defog though, it's highly situational and if you want to kill screens, Brick Break is much more useful.

And why is it against the standard rules?

"Evasion clause -You and your opponent can not use evasion increasing moves like double team and minimize. This clause does not include Accuracy reducing moves, as this is considered Pseudo Phazer."

It clearly says that you cannot increase your own evasion, that's it. Defog decreases your opponents evasion. Please learn the rules before you act like you know all.
