Ok so now you have your new Baby but he still sucks right? So how do you ev train it you ask?

First get any poke with PKRS and put it on the first slot in party. Next put Baby poke on the second slot(Do not let Baby hold ex-share or do any battles yet!) Next battle random pokes with the PKRS poke and keep checking till Baby is infected.

Once Baby is Infected:

Hp: Make Baby hold Power Weight. Next fly to Soleceon Town and go south of the town and use the vs seeker to battle the cowgirl, just above the bike ramp on route 209. she has 5 bidoofs so you fight her 5 times with power bracer and one wild one without power bracer. Or feed it 10 Hp ups first then you only have to fight her 3 times with item and 1 wild bidoof without item. Feel free to send Baby out first then switch to battle with other poke.

Attack: Make Baby hold Power Bracer. Next fly to resort area and walk North before long grass look left and you see water. Use Super Rod and Gyarados should appear. Baby is too weak? Who cares just send him out and switch to fight. Fight 21 Gyarados. Or feed baby 10 protein then fight 12 Gyarados with item and 2 without item. Run away if you get stupid Wailmer and Wailord showing up for those Platinium players.

Defense: Make Baby hold Power Belt. Fly to Veilstone. Walk south out of Veilstone and head to Mainiac Tunnel. Fight 25 geodudes with item and 1 without the item. Send baby out and switch to a poke to fight them. If they blow up it still counts as a geodude win as long as Baby isn't dead. You can feed it 10 Iron first and fight 15 geodudes with item and 1 without the item if you want.

Sp Attack: Make Baby hold Power Lens. Then Fly to Eterna City and go left into the forest's Haunted Mansion. Go defeat 25 gastly with item and 1 without the item. You can feed Baby 10 Calcium and beat 15 gastly with item and 1 without item if you prefer.

Sp Defense: Make Baby hold Power Band. Then fly to Pokemon League(the green dot one). Surf down waterfall to next area and kill 21 Tentacruel. Run when stupid Pelipper and Mantyke show up. You can feed Baby 10 Zinc and fight 12 Tentacruel with item and 2 without if you prefer.

Speed: Make Baby hold Power Anklet. Fly to Eterna City and go left. Remember the idiot fishermen with the 6 Magikarps. It turns out he is a Magikarp Master and you need his help. Whip out Vs. Seeker and ask for a rematch. Battle the guy 4 times with item and then use old rod and fight 1 more with item and 1 without the item and you have maxed out your speed. Awesome this guy is useful! You can feed Baby 10 carbos and only fight him 2 times with item, then use old rod and kill 3 more magikarp with item and 1 without but why waste money!

Note: Remember you can only max out 2 stats and you want to fill the last stat point. For last stat point do 3 bidoof, 1 gyarados, 3 geodude, 3 gastly, 1 tentacruel, 3 magikarp without an item.
Also after Baby is eved fight whatever you want your eves won't get messed up as long as you don't feed it berries.

Hey L, since you're on your break and have some free time, I could do with an Impish Duskull, with Pain Split egg move, and decent IVs in HP, atk, def and sp.def if possible. I'll have to think about what the offer will be, but I'm sure it'll be something you can put to use.

For those of you that play HG or SS here are the locations Chris gave me for you to ev train. Thanks Chris I was too lazy to do this for HG/SS

HP
By surfing on the first floor of the Union Cave, you'll come across Wooper giving 1 EV (prior to pokerus/power item calculations) and Quagsire giving 2 EVs. Combined, their encounter rate is 100% making this a good place to train!

Another good spot for HP is the Slowpoke Well. If you surf on the first floor, you'll come across Slowpoke 100% of the time, each one giving you 1 HP EV.

At night-time, you can go to route 15 if you don't fancy surfing... Here, you'll find Nidorina, Noctowl, Quagsire and Chansey,
each of which giving 2 HP EVs. I'm not sure of their combined encounter rate yet, but I'll look into it and add this information later.

Attack
If you surf in Route 42, you'll come across Goldeen and Seaking. Combined, their encounter rate is 100% which makes it another good place to train. Goldeen gives 1 EV and Seaking gives 2.

Defence
In Route 45, you'll find Geodude and Graveler which give 1 and 2 defence EVs respectively. In HG, you'll also come across Gligar, which gives 1 defence EV and is a HG exclusive pokemon. In SS, you'll come across Skarmory, which again gives 1 defence EV and is the SS exclusive counterpart.

Special Attack
If you surf in Ilex Forest, you'll come across Psyduck and Golduck, which give 1 and 2 sp.atk EVs respectively. Psyducks are more common by the way.

Another decent spot is route 43 where you'll find Flaaffy and Girafarig, each of which give 2 EVs. You'll come across some Mareep here too. These give 1 sp.atk EV. In this area, you'll have to watch out for Pidgeotto as they give speed EVs.

Special Defence
This has never been an easy stat to EV train as there's usually a lack of a 100% encounter rate... In route 34, however, you'll find an abundance of Drowsee and some Dittos, each of which give 1 EV. Alternatively, you can surf virtually anywhere to find Tentacool and Tentacruel which give 1 and 2 sp.def EVs. For those with Heart Gold, if you surf in route 41, you'll come across Mantine (which give 2 sp.def EVs) in addition to finding the usual Tentacool/Tentacruel.

Speed
In route 9, you'll find Spearow (1 EV), Ratatta (1 EV), Fearow (2 EVs) and Raticate (2 EVs). It is worth noting that this spot is much better in SS since these are the only pokemon you'll find here. In HG, however, you'll have to watch out for the ocassional Mankey and Primeape which give attack EVs.

For Speed, you may want to use the Old Rod and the Magikarps, or the Magikarp man in Route 32.
