i could see a herracross and volc tearing right though this team. Its too weak to bugs. Also, ttar's sandstorm is only hurting your team and evolite quilava shouldnt have eruption since its too slow.

I don't really understand your Ttar set, you have a Timid Nature but more Special attacks than physical. Also the Sand stream hurts your team more than it helps as the only Pokemon it doesn't hurt is your Alakazam. I would suggest replacing it with perhaps Donphan which not only gets Stealth Rock but also Rapid Spin.

Your Celebi is completely walled by Heatran, i would recommend replacing Psychic with Earth power as you do already have a Psychic type on your team. Quilava doesn't have the speed to run Eruption so Flamethrower or Fire Blast would be the better move. Starmie really needs a good STAB Water move on it either Surf or Scald so you can take your pick.

I'm not to keen on having Leftovers on Weavile as i don't see it taking a hit and surviving so Life Orb or Focus Sash would be better here. Also you may want to consider swapping out Ice Punch for Ice Shard in case you do want another priority attack on it.

The problem with Volacrona though Taloon is that he is a fire/bug so nine tales wont do much to him.I would suggestsomething to do with water or rock

This type of team is the reason why scizor is the greatest poke of all time. You have 5 pokemon that can potentially gets ohko by scizor in one shot. A normal player has to take out 6 pokes to win, but vs your team all they have to do is take out ninetails and its an inevitable scizor sweep. So its like 6 for the price of 1. Why are you using sun if your not gonna abuse it with chloro sweepers?

Why is heat wave listed for ninetales? Fire Blast is much stronger while only losing slightly out on accuracy. Also, change the EVs to put more on speed. Possibly Timid would work better.

You have sun, but you don't have any pokemon that can benefit from it, other than claydol who perhaps has one weakness nullified. Other than that, you double the effectiveness of fire on half of your team that is weak to it.

Never, ever, ever, have a neutral nature. There's never a pokemon that performs every role equally, even base 100's all around such as mew. If the pokemon is a physical attacker, make it adamant. SPecial attacker, modest. It's at least better than docile.

Also, the items seem to be randomly placed. Weavile, for instance, does not make a good user of the Leftovers. Weaviles do not last long +6% or no, meaning that leftovers could be left alone instead of a more helpful item, say Life Orb, which allows more power at the expense of some bulk, which is borderline irrelevant as Weav's paper defenses mean any neutral hit is a KO anyways.

MEganium won't be able to take down foes with unsuspected moves because her low offenses mean she's really not gonna hit anything for the KO. A good opponent will simply switch in a bulky sweeper and set up, possibly defeating your whole team.

Your team could use a bulky water instead of meganium, perhaps, which would alleviate your fire/ice vulnerability and create a FGW core.
